The Original Problem
Do you have a 2005-2011Ford Crown Victoria or Mercury Grand Marquis? Does your steering feel loose or shaky? Do you feel bangs or vibration in your steering wheel when hitting bumps?
The original steering shaft installed in these cars had a major problem. The u joint that is mad into the end of these steering shafts wore out prematurely, allowing the contact surface to erode while driving or running over a bump. Its not just your car, every Crown Vic or Marquis manufactured in these years has the same problem.
Our Solution
We are selling a completely revised Genuine Ford Steering shaft and U joint assembly that will not vibrate, and will not erode. The new shaft is completely redesigned internally by Ford engineers to never fail again. This is the shaft that connects the steering wheel to the steering Gear.
- includes integrated U joint
- Comes sealed in Genuine Ford Packaging.
- Factory Fresh Direct From Ford
- Fixes, steering looseness, steering binding, and return to center issues
Be careful!
Until Just a Few Weeks ago Ford still sold both designs of this shaft. They sell the old defective design, and the new improved design. Many companies and dealers are still selling the old design because it is cheaper and they can make more profit. If you get the old design you will just have the same problem again. We only sell the new design shaft.
