Return and Warranty Information We sell 100% Genuine Auto Parts. These are the Exact same parts in the Exact same packaging that your local new car dealer's parts department sells, but for a lot less! If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item you purchased from us: Return any Non-Electrical item within 30 days, uninstalled and in new condition for a no hassle refund.   We have a very open, no hassle return policy with these exceptions.   The following parts are not returnable for a refund, however full 1 year warranty still applies, (We will replace your part due to manufacturers defects within 1 year of purchase) See Warranty info at the bottom of this page. These items are not returnable for a refund: Window Switches, GEM or LCM modules Speakers Fuel parts Emissions parts Any Electronic Module or Control.   Any part returned without the original packaging will not be accepted. We do not need box the part came over packaged in. But the return must include the small part box, or part packaging with the brand name and part number clearly visible and undamaged.  Parts returned without the packaging will be sent back at the customer's expense. When you receive a part, please save the package if you intend to return it or better yet, do not open it.   Any part missing screws, washers, or other hardware, cannot be accepted for return. The product will be inspected upon receipt of the return and if anything is missing, a restocking fee may be charged, or the item may not be accepted for return.   Any part that has been installed, and then uninstalled for any reason cannot be accepted for a return. We ask that you be honest and do not try to return an installed part. As we will send it back to you at your expense. All of our parts are brand new, we do not sell reconditioned or used parts unless noted as part of sale. All refunds will be minus original shipping charges. View complete return policy   1 Year Warranty Included on all purchases This item includes a 1 year warranty. Warranty begins on the date item is delivered to you and is valid for one year. Warranty is valid within the Continental USA only. Warranty does not cover any item that is incorrectly installed, damaged, or is used for a purpose other than its intended design. Water damaged or short circuited parts will not be accepted for warranty claim. Warranty exclusively covers only replacement of defective item. Warranty in no way covers any type of labor or consequential or damage of any type.
