Our Simple No Hassle Return Policy.

What you can return.

Return anything Non Electrical you bought from us within 30 days of purchase for a refund as long as you have not:

  • Installed or attempted to install or disassemble the part
  • Painted the part.
  • Broken the part.
  • Lost the original packaging.
  • Gotten the part wet, or the part has greasy fingerprints.

Electrical Parts.

To Sell only the best, We Do not accept returns on electrical parts. We want our customers to get their parts free from issues that could arise from buying pre-installed electrical parts.

All electrical parts are covered under our 3 year warranty, and will be replaced, if defective but not refunded. An Electrical part is any part that plugs in, contains a switch, sensor, circuit board or electrical wiring.

What cannot Be Returned

Any Part That Does not have all of the original packaging with attached manufacturer part number label. (Sorry we cannot accept a return that does not have the original bag or box, with the manufacturer part number label attached to it).

2 Options for return shipping.

When you start your return you will have 2 options:

You can return your package by shipping it back to us and paying the carrier directly (UPS Store, Post Office, etc)


You can get an instant UPS return label that you can print to ship the item back to us. Note: (For this option, We may deduct the return shipping charge from your refund).

When will I receive my refund?

  • You should receive your credit within 3-5 Business days of the date we receive the return.
  • Credit will be applied to the same credit card or account used to purchase the part.
